LAS VEGAS — Zuffa Boxing continues its rapid rollout with Zuffa boxing 2 scheduled for Sunday and arrives just over a week after the promotion’s debut event.

The second part once again leans on recognizable names and championship pedigree, as several former world champions will compete on the card.
The event’s headliner is former WBA junior world welterweight champion Jose Valenzuelathat is going up against a rising competitor Diego Torres in a crucial main event matchup.
Valenzuela captured the WBA title in August 2024 with a split-decision win over Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz. His championship reign was short-lived, as he lost the title in his first defense in March, dropping a unanimous decision to Gary Antuanne Russell.
Torres enters the fight on a four-fight winning streak that began after the only defeat of his professional career: a TKO loss in November 2023 to current IBF lightweight champion Raymond Muratalla. A win over Valenzuela would mark the biggest win of Torres’ career.
The three-fight main card also features additional former champions. Former WBC interim junior middleweight champion Serhii Bohachuk is confronted Radzhab Butaeva former WBA ‘regular’ welterweight champion, in a high-level match.
The main card concludes with a light-heavyweight match between the former WBC world champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk and former world title challenger Radivoje Kalajdzicadding even more championship experience to the lineup.
