Edey said he was on his way to his Alma Mater, Purdue, located in West Lafayette. He eventually handed over his permit and registration, but the agent continued to criticize him minutes later.
She gave the resident of Toronto a quote for speeding offenses and a summons for reckless driving, and then told him that the ticket was “absolutely” fair.
