Young Thug gives free performance at Atlanta Anti-Violence, Anti-Gun, Anti-Gang Rally


The mini concert took place in the Fulton County courthouse


Jeffery Williams, who knows the world as Young Thug, organized a free concert during a meeting outside the courtroom where he spent many days on September 28.

The Atlanta -recorder artist announced On his social media platform earlier that day that he would appear in the Courthouse of Fulton County to give a free performance. This time he was, instead of limited to the courtroom, outside, on the stairs, as a free man who returns to the community, more than probably as part of the sentence he received less than a year ago.

The Fulton County Sheriff office posted the performance on her social media account after the rapper ‘Stoner’ had the stairs of the courthouse to. The appearance was for “an anti-violence, anti-gun and anti-gang rally” that was presented as a deterrent for the youth present.

He shared with his fans that the courthouse was the perfect place for this message because it remembers everyone that everyone has a first one

Thug spoke with the audience and gave a passionate speech, the credit of the longest -running criminal trial in the history of Atlanta as a turning point in his life. He encouraged the young public members to avoid a life of crime, and if they were to appear in the Fulton County courthouse, it is better to do it on the side of “good” as public prosecutor, law enforcement and not a suspect.

“You know, this is not the place where you want to be – on the bad side. If you come here, you want to become a lawyer, you want to be a DA. You want to be on that side. You don’t want to be on the side of the suspect, you know.”

He took the time to thank Sheriff Labat, the Police Academy and the community for allowing him to appear. Thug apparently wanted to show the community that he had grown since the trial and was now on the side of doing the right thing for the community in the future, and encouraged them to do the same.
