A criminal plane who threatened to “rap gang” can get a hostess in prison for longer after “two -fold” return broke out online.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp has referred the 15-month punishment of Salman Itihar to the Attorney General because he was “unnecessarily smooth”.

He said that the term was proof of “two-part justice” after Lucy Connolly had been caught for 31 months for a tweet about the Southport riots.
The comparison was also made online by a number of people who follow the sentence of iftikar last week.
Mr Philp said: “Last week, iftikar was sentenced to only 15 months in prison for threatening an air stewardess with gang rape and intimidation for racially aggravated. IFTIKHAR has several previous convictions.
“Yet Lucy Connolly received 31 months for a much less serious violation – an officer of the persecution, Hermer personally authorized.
“This is two -part justice in action.
‘I referred the case today to the Attorney General Lord Hermer for judgement Under the unnecessary mild sentence schedule.
“We will now find out if Hermer is willing to take action to solve the two-part justice problem of Great Britain.”
Shocking images showed iftikhar, 37, tell Virgin Atlantic crew member Angie Walsh that she would be attacked in her hotel after landing.

Her husband Raymond Connolly, who is a conservative vice -chairman of the Adult Social Care Committee at West Northamptonshire Council, said she was “no grace” shown.
In a letter to the Attorney General, Mr Philip pointed out that iftikhar made “more than 100 pathogenic threats” for cabin crew in contrast to Connolly’s One Post.

If the office of the attorney general decides that the punishment may have been flexible, they will refer this to the Court of Appeal.
Dad-Van-Drie Itikhar, who was later unveiled as a tycoon ravaged by debts with two women, could then increase his prison sentence.
