St. Louis-de Yankees finally did what seemed impossible in the past two-plus months: win back-to-back series.

Even one night when Max Fried was hit again, the Yankees took the cardinals, with Ben Rice’s seven RBIs who led the road to a 12-8 victory on a sizzling Saturday in Busch Stadium.

Rice crushed a three-run Homer in the fourth inning that the lead recalled forever and then a three-run double in the sixth and an RBI single in the seventh bat that offered a breathing space.

Aaron Judge also yielded his best match since the return of the injured list, 2-out-3 struck with his 39th home run, an RBI-Double and two free runs.

Trent Grisham added a four-hit night, José Caballero scored three points and Ryan McMahon drilled his first home run as Yankee to help win a second consecutive series for the first time since the end of May.

In between, the Yankees 20 series played and only seven of them won, never successively while they had trouble getting any momentum to break out of their dive in the rankings.

“I think we’re in a good place,” said Rice. “We’ll just continue with one series at the same time. It’s good that we got the victory, we have to get the sweep [Sunday] And keep that momentum in every [day]. “

The victory of Saturday-Hun celebrated the Yankees (66-57) in five games and sixth in nine matches to pick up a competition on the Mariners in the Al Wild-Card classification (they follow them and the Red Soox by 1 ¹/₂ games) while they create a little more distance for the Guardians, those 2-year-olds, and those of the Guardians are a little more distance, and those of the Guardians, and the Guardians are a little more distance, place.

That was largely thanks to Rice, who started at first base, but started taking over more catching tasks with his hot bat that forced the problem.

He has hit the ball hard all season, and although that has not always been in results, it did Saturday, including his 18th home run of the year, a shot of 429 feet ex-yankee Sonny Gray.

‘He brought along [the opportunities] And turned himself into a really prominent player, “said Aaron Boone manager.” We talk about bad luck and so, he is the poster. He has hit so many balls on the screws this year. At the moment he is being rewarded a bit for it.

The powerful attacking attack was sufficient support to make ends meet with a new rocky version of Fried, which was tagged for a career-high-language seven earned points on eight hits in more than five innings.

The left -handed owned a 1.92 ERA during his first 17 starts, but he has threw an ERA of 6.80 during his last eight starts since July 1.

Devin Williams illuminated Fried and hit the side in the sixth inning before the Yankees added some insurance runs to give their relievers with the highest leverage a break at least until David Bednar came in to get the final with a few runners on the base, who as a Yankee as a Yankee.

Judge entered Saturday and only hit .172 with a .627 Ops in nine games since he returned from the injured list for a judge elbow flexor voltage.

But he seemed more to his former teammate, while the Yankees Gray beat each other for six points over five innings.

“We have faith in many of our boys. Tonight it all flourished,” said Grisham, who was in base five times and recorded his 500th career with a single in the second inning. “A lot of different boys up and down on the line -up that helped us in a number of different ways, so it was very nice to be part of it.”

After Masyn Winn Fried Deep took a shot with three run in the second inning to set the cardinals (61-63) 5-2, the judge distracted the third inning with a home run.

Then in the fourth, the Yankees got a bunch of single from Caballero-Die a spark on the bottom of the order and another single from Grisham made a shot with a three-run shot to set up the Yankees for good.

“It is clearly a great attacking version tonight, up and down the line -up,” said Boone. “Just tough, sandy percussions and then mixed a lot of damage.”
