A New York Yankees Fan was injured during the game on Friday evening against the Los Angeles Dodgers, when he claims that a piece of concrete fell on him from the inside and hit the man in the back.
Athletics reported the incident for the first time on Saturday.

Ricardo Aquino from Mexico City looked at his favorite team leader during a rematch of Game 5 of the 2024 World Series when he was suddenly beaten in the back of what seemed to be a piece of debris from above.

“He is in pain, but everything was the hit. He doesn’t bleed, but he is in pain,” Alvaro Baeza told the Athletic and translated the interview of the outlet with Aquino.
According to the report, Aquino was in section 10 – an area between the home plate and the first base. The piece of concrete fell on him during the third inning.

Brendan Kuty of the athletics shared photos on X with the size of the rubble allegedly Aquino and the area of the stadium from where he claimed it fell.

Witnesses that were around Aquino confirmed his account to the outlet valve.
“We spend a lot of money here,” said a person. “We must at least be safe.”
The Dodgers did not immediately respond to FOX News Digital’s request for comment, but told the athletics in a statement: “We are aware of the report. We can no longer say anything until we have all the information we currently collect.”
