7/38 Macleay St, Potts Point has fantastic harbor views.
Australian Olympic Committee vice-president and Sydney and Hobart winner Matt Allen AM has listed his luxury Potts Point apartment with a price guide of more than $15 million.
Allen, who is currently in Milan for the Winter Olympics, has now settled for his $29 million penthouse in the Billyard Ave development in Elizabeth Bay, meaning the full-floor apartment in the exclusive Dorchester building at 7/38 Macleay St is redundant.
The former head of UBS Japan and owner of Sydney-Hobart-winning ocean racer Ichi Ban had bought the apartment for $8.9 million in 2017, before his former Darling Point waterfront home was sold to medical entrepreneur Glen Haifer for $60 million in 2022.
Allen and James Mayo also took line honors in the 2025 Sydney to Hobart on Master Lock Comanche.
