Max Radiven and Dimitar Dimitrov, both winners on the WTT circuit, are among five young English athletes competing in this week’s WTT Youth Contender Tunis.
Radiven (pictured above) won two under-15 singles titles in 2024 but now competes at U17 and U19. Dimitrov is also no stranger to success, having won six tournaments at Under-11 level. He is the third seed in the Under-13s in Tunisia.
They are joined by brothers Janak and Nishil Shah, and by Oscar Nikolli – the latter two both won bronze medals on the WTT circuit last season.
Radiven will also compete in the Under-19 Mixed Doubles, where he and Yu Zheng Cheah of Malaysia will face Enrique Rios of Puerto Rico and Hanka Kodet of the Czech Republic in the last 32.
