Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff believes that Formula 1 will miss his former opposite song at Red Bull, Christian Horner, whom he described as “one of the main cast” of personalities in sport.

Wolff also noticed that his discussions with Max Verstappen about a possible move to Mercedes did not play a role in the resignation of Horner in the future, because he pointed to interest in the longer term, even if the Dutchman stays with Red Bull before 2026.
