Indiana Fever -star Sophie Cunningham closed the WNBA after she has revealed that she was fined $ 500 for criticizing referees.
The guard, who was baptized this season Caitlin Clark’s ‘Enforcer’, recently released a Tiktok in which she called ‘some referees’ in the competition.

On Wednesday, Cunningham went to social media again to reveal her sentence and mock the WNBA.
“I was fined $ 500 for this tap,” wrote Cunningham on X alongside different smiling emojis.

She then placed an answer that read: “The endless WNBA war against the people who draw attention to their product, while protecting the behavior that eliminates people is never surprising me.”
The fever star did not specify what she meant by ‘more important things’. But her comments come in the midst of the tension between the WNBA and his players about a new collective negotiating agreement.
At least the All-Star Game of the Week, Clark and many of her WNBA rivals organized a protest. They wore T-shirts with the text: ‘Pay us what you owe us’
Cunningham previously won the headlines after criticizing the expansion plans of the WNBA. Earlier this season, the competition announced plans to add teams In Cleveland (2028), Detroit (2029) and Philadelphia (2030).
