Still auction Tom Panos apparently has confirmed the date of the block auctions in a recent video posted on his YouTube channel.
In the video, Panos confirmed that he will auction house number five – renovated by Robby and Mat – and announced the date of the auction.
“On October 25, all eyes are aimed at home number five, the one with the pickleball court,” he said.

“I went and saw the block in Melbourne … I represent Robby and Mat, house number five.
“I would always do their house if I started doing the block.”
The auction date of the house was not published by Kanaal Nine or on the list of the house.
It is a large backflip for Panos, who said in November that he “probably won’t return” to the block, with reference to raised frustrations with lost income by appearing in the show.

Panos previously auctioned the winning houses of the show in 2022 and 2023.
Last year he sold the Courtney and Grant house for $ 3.3 million, the second highest sale of the 2024 season.
In 2023 and 2024, the Panos auctions were won by entrepreneur Adrian Portelli, who also bought all five of the houses during last year’s series.
Portelli said earlier this year that he would not be involved in the 2025 auctions, and at the time announced that he would be part of Channel 7’s rival show ‘My Reno Rules’ instead.
