If there is one position that causes concern among fans of Manchester United, it is midfield, and it is no surprise that they drive a number of intriguing ideas to tackle it.
United undoubtedly enjoyed a decent summer transfer window. But it could have been a 10/10 window if Ineos Ruben Amorim had delivered the “mobile midfielder” where his system desires.
With Bruno Fernandes, Casemiro, Manuel Ugarte and Kobbie Mainoo, Amorim Dent options, but midfield still lacks balance.
United’s Midfield Pivot
Fernandes is a guaranteed starter; You want your best player on the field. However, finding the ideal partner for the Portuguese Magnifico has shown that he is difficult.
