Why Lab Golf no longer used this trendy slogan | Fully equipped

You will no longer see Lab Golf who calls one of his putters ‘Zero Torque’.

The company has just launched the new OZ.1I HS Putter, the first design with heel, and during a media launch event for the release, Lab CEO Sam Hahn told Jake Morrow of Golf that would leave the company from the “Zero Torque” -appointment.

“The words ‘Zero Torque’ are nowhere on the lab website,” Morrow be on the episode of this week of Golf’s fully equipped podcast. “And the reason for that is that if you take the laboratory, the toe balances. That is a considerable departure because the Lab essentially created the Zero Torque Putter category when it was launched in 2018 with the DF 2.1.

But the release of the OZ.1I HS also shows that Lab is willing to release new products to meet the wishes of its customers.

During the launch event, Morrow also said that Lab Leadership acknowledged that they might have gone a bit too far in their marketing around the reviser. The reveler is a tool that shows whether a putter is in balance to the point where the face will remain square because of the battle. The idea was that only zero couple Putters could achieve this.
