Jon Jones Is still optimistic about a UFC return in the White House despite recent comments from Dana White, and a former opponent of Jones has weighed this discourse. During the UFC 319 Post-Fight Press Conference, White commented on the probability of ‘Bones’ fights on that targeted white house card for upcoming July and the chance of a billion for one.
Chael Sonnen went to his personal YouTube channel to give his thoughts about Jon Jones who responded to those comments from White with optimism, as ‘Bones’ playful took to his personal x page To mention how someone in a billion is exactly what was needed to build his enormous legacy in the first place. Jones’s reaction to the UFC 319 remarks of Jones and how he sees this situation, Sonen said,
“Dana comes out and Dana says that Jon Vecht on the White House card there is one in a billion. He lets it be known that Jon is not fighting on the White House card. On that card you have to understand that everyone on the Roster would like it. That card is now a reward.”
“If a man often does good deeds, he would be paid off. He gets a main event. He can be in a co-limum place or main event, title shots, bonuses and upgrade. He goes into the hotel, gets an upgrade to a suite. You do good deeds, there are incentives and you get reward.”

Referring to a classic Jim Carrey film and comparing with what he regards as the current scenario with Jon Jones, Chael Sonnen went on,
