USA Network will broadcast the Friday matches from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The first singles match is not expected not to start until 12:02 pm and matches follow every 11 minutes thereafter.

Which team is preferred?
The Americans are the gambling favorite at -140, while Betmgm Sportsbook Europe has at +155. The gambling line is +1100 that the Ryder Cup ends in a draw. The last draw was in 1989 in the Belfry in England, so Europe kept the cup.
Where is it being played?
The Ryder Cup is on the Black Course in Bethpage State Park, a course dating from 1936 and is considered the strongest golf course in the country in the country.
It was renovated to organize the US Open in 2002 (won by Tiger Woods) and in 2009 (won by Lucas Glover). It has held a PGA Tour -PostSeason event twice. And most recently it held the PGA championship in 2019 (won by Brooks Koepka).
Will President Donald Trump be there?
Trump is planning to attend the opening session on 26 September. He would be the first sitting American president to be present. Former President George HW Bush went to the 2008 matches in Valhalla.
Trump was in office for his first term when he entered the last day of the Presidents Cup in 2017 at Liberty National in New Jersey.
How were the teams formed?
The United States and Europe had individual qualification criteria in which the leading six players automatically made the team. Then every captain was allowed to make six wildcard selections.
Europe returns the same faces – with one new player – from the winning team in Italy. The exception is Rasmus Hojgaard van Denmark. He replaced his twin brother, Nicolai, from 2023.
The Americans have six different players from the 2023 matches, including Bryson Dechambeau and newcomer Ben Griffin.
The American team captain Keegan Bradley announced the last 12-man selection for the Ryder Cup.
How does the format work?
Two-man teams play four games of four signs (alternative shot) and four games of Fourballs (Better Ball) on Friday and Saturday. For the last session on Sunday there are 12 singles competitions.
All matches that end in a draw after 18 holes result in a semi -point for each team.
Europe is holding the Ryder Cup and only needs to win 14 points to keep the trophy. The Americans need 14 1/2 points to win the Ryder Cup.
How are the competitions determined?
Each captain determines his two-man teams and it is a blind draw. That means that each place his teams in slots 1 to 4 for the four sessions, and 1 to 12 for the singles.
The American captain Ben Crenshaw was the first to make the strategy popular to place his best players on the top of the Line -Up Sunday to try to build Momentum.
Only once since 1999 is the Ryder Cup decided by the last game. That was in Wales in 2010, when Graeme McDowell Hunter Mahan defeated in the 12th singles match for another European home victory.

Who are the captains?
Keegan Bradley was selected as an American captain in July 2024. At the age of 39 he is the youngest captain of Ryder Cup since Arnold Palmer 34 was in 1963. There was almost another Palmer connection as a Bradley-the number 12 player in the world and the eighth ranking of American-Wooginin. Palmer was the last one. The Ryder Cup was then one -sided.
Luke Donald returns as a captain for Europe after his successful job in 2023 at Marco Simone in Italy. There has been no captain who won back-to-back since Tony Jacklin in 1985 and 1987.
Who leads the series?
That depends on it.
The United States has a 27-15-2 lead dating from the start of the Ryder Cup in 1927, when it only played against British golfers. Ireland was added to the British side in 1972.
But the Modern Ryder Cup really dates from 1979 when continental Europe was added. Since then, Europe has an advantage of 12-9-1.

There will not be much argument of the Americans. They have disappeared 32 years since it last wins from the Ryder Cup away from home. The crowd plays an enormous role in supporting the home team, and it tends to transfer in terms of Momentum.
