Earlier this month, The Agency brought together a select group of female real estate leaders In good companyan intimate event hosted by The Agency New York, celebrating collaboration, creativity and connection.

Under the leadership of the Agency’s SVP and Northeast Managing Partner, Julia Clappplanned by VP of Vibes, Makenzie Greenand held on Kas in Chelsea, this limited-attendance event brought together agents, managing partners and leadership from across the country, including The Agency’s VP of Agent Marketing, Lesley SternSVP Franchise Operations, Tara Gettlesand SVP Marketing and Communications, Laura Corrigan.

Against the backdrop of New York City’s breathtaking skyline, attendees enjoyed motivational keynotes and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

In good company kicked off with a visualization exercise led by The Agency Muskoka’s Holly Caroll. In her session, Holly encouraged attendees to step into the identity of their highest selves, and showed how intention setting and mindset shifts can create the future you desire, both in business and in life.

Next, Inge Noacksenior VP Business Development and recognized professional advisor at Braincode centersdelivered The neurology of the 1%a powerful exploration of how daily shifts can unlock extraordinary growth through neuroscience. Noack’s presentation inspired attendees to rewire their minds and rise to the top 1% of their careers and lives.

After lunch, the day ended with the closing speech, presented by the President of the Agency, Rainy Hake Austin. In a deeply moving conversation, Rainy opened up about her personal and professional journeys, sharing her background, how she got involved in real estate and what ultimately led her to lead a global real estate firm. Rainy is a true industry force who has overseen the sale of a quarter of a trillion dollars in real estate in her nearly 30-year career. Rainy’s keynote focused on helping participants embody their leadership potential by leading authentically and overcoming imposter syndrome to find their voice.
