Week 16 A-10 Women’s Basketball Power Rankings

This past week we saw a number of teams at the top suffer losses. Rhode Island lost their first conference game of the season against La Salle. Richmond won 1-2 this week, beating only La Salle and losing to George Mason in their catch-up game and George Washington. The Patriots, Hawks and Wildcats did perfectly to stay in the top five and continue their fight for the double bye. For the last week of play, we are not disappointed with the match we have to watch. Richmond hosts Rhode Island on Wednesday night in a rematch of the Dec. 30 game. George Mason hosts Saint Joseph’s in a rematch of their match on January 16. On the final day of play on Saturday, the Hawks host the Spiders in a crucial tournament seeding match. The final week of the season will be crucial for all the top teams to earn the double bye. Without further ado, here are this week’s power rankings!
