Week 15 Buying/selling: the disciplined kiwi

I will try very hard not to get political about the whole situation in Minnesota and say nothing other than please check out the news, be informed about what and why happened from multiple sources and form an informed opinion about the situation developing in America and soon to migrate to Europe, as has been common for many “products” over the years.

To change the mood to something healthier, here’s another reason to love Steven Adams, if his friendly, gigantic attitude over the years wasn’t enough.

This is the best male living space equipment, which has just the bare minimum needed and doesn’t replace 12 year old equipment because it still works as intended. Obviously, the contrast for a man making millions of dollars is the key point here, but it shows that not all NBA players share the same mentality regarding their life choices and spending habits.

As for last week’s suggestions, Jaylon Tyson continued to start and produce, so we’ll continue with him, while Tre Johnson did exactly what I said and started getting more minutes, scoring over 15 points in his last four games. The warning signal for the tank commander is in full effect. Finally, CJ McCollum had a great game against Indiana last night, so that’s your cue to try and fire him at a good price.

Buy

Bobby Portis: Bobby “Crazy Eyes” Portis is the clear beneficiary of Giannis missing the coming weeks with an injury and he showed just how imaginative he can be when given minutes, with 17 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists in 36 minutes against Philadelphia. Make sure to add him if he is available in all leagues (37% ownership).

Jonas Valanciunas: He’s back with 31 minutes and a good performance against Detroit and has at least 1 week of fantasy relevance until Nikola Jokic is back, so he makes a lot of sense as a streamer for this week and next (18% ownership).

To sell

Immanuel Quickley: After a modest start to the season and some missed time due to a minor injury, Immanuel Quickley has been on a tear during Toronto’s road trip and is ranked as the No. 2 player in value per game over the last five games. Shooting 58% from the field is not sustainable for a career. 43% shooter, so in return I would look for a top 40 player to trade him at the peak of his value.
