Wells said that the research level was huge.
“The week it launched was one of the most viewed properties in Australia,” he said.
“We had enormous involvement in the social media campaign.
“There was interest from people from all over the country, and also internationally. These are international buyers and expats who live abroad, but in view of a return to Australia.
