Pakistani leader Salman Ali Agha abused Afghanistan players with attacking local jargon during the Tri-Series final in the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on September 7. The spin bowlers of Afghanistan kept the Batting Line -up of Pakistan in the Summit collision. They limited the men in the green to only 141 runs in the first innings. Veteran Batter Fakhar Zaman was the top scorer of Pakistan with 27 points of 26 balls. Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad shared five wickets between them.

Salman Ali Agha, however, motivated his team with tactical guidance. Mohammad Nawaz claimed a hat trick when Pakistan consistently took Wickets and eventually won the match with 75 points to lift the Tri-Series trophy.
