Rohit Sharma And Kl Rahul was recently seen with the help of various facilities in the BCCI Center of Excellence. Both Indian cricket players spent a large part of the time improving their skills and working on their fitness at De Coe in Bengaluru.

The first part of the clip posted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had both Rohit and Rahul training with experienced fitness experts on a few cricket-specific strength and agility exercises. The rest of the video showed the duo in the nets. While Rahul focused on hit the red ball, Rohit emphasized to improve the batting skills of the White ball.

Rohit, now 38, has already retired from T20Is (after the T20 World Cup 2024) and tests (before the 2025 Red-Ball Tour through England). Rahul, on the other hand, is an active part of India’s plans in ODIs and tests. He last played for a T20i in November 22, after which he was excluded in the battle in what was a mix of inconsistent form and increased competition.

Both Rohit and Rahul are expected to represent India During the men in Blue’s upcoming tour through Australia, which will consist of three ODIs and five T20is. Rohit last represented the nation in the title-winning Champions trophy. In the meantime, Rahul was an integral part of the Shubman Gill-guided team that pulled the Anderson-Detulkar Trophy from 2025 2-2 in England.

In the meantime, India is currently in the VAE for the current Asia cup. They have won all their group stage matches and will compete against arch-rival Pakistan in the Super Four phase of the Continental Tournament in Dubai on Sunday 21 September.
