NRL legend ‘The King’ Wally Lewis was looking for a new palace, just a few hours before the drought-breaking big last victory of the Broncos.

Marketing agent Karen Chappell, from Place Bulimba, would not confirm the purchase intentions of the couple, but said that the house matched the preference of the famous number 6 for life on the water.

Lewis said the view was so amazing that it would be difficult to set up a price, according to the agent.

“With the water, the view and the lifestyle, Wynnum and Manly have never been so more desirable,” said Mrs. Chappell.

“It is the perfect place for someone like Wally who clearly likes to be near the ocean.”
