It was a busy Thursday for fighting announcements in the UFC, with a total of seven attacks officially announced for UFC Rio and UFC Vancouver through the promotion.
Under the RIO additions will see heavyweight action Valter Walker (14-1), whose brother Johnny just had a triumphant night in Shanghai, it will compete against one half of another UFC brother and sister Duo in Mohammed Usman (11-4). Ricardo Ramos (17-7) will now be confronted with featherweight against Kaan Ofli (11-4-1).
In another promising booking, Welterweight has linked action Gabriel Bonfim (18-1) to Randy Brown (20-6). Lucas Almeida (15-4) also brings Michael (10-3) in another addition to featherweight to the UFC Rio card.
Thanks to the candid bare landscape on heavyweight in the UFC, Valter Walker is already #14 in the weight class. Usman (brother of ex-wheeled champion Kamaru) is not ranked. None of the remaining hunters is currently ranked in their departments, although that is more a matter of depth for names such as Brown.
