Princeton Pong’s 10,000 square foot table tennis facility is located in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. They are located between Philadelphia and New York City – centered in one of the largest population centers in the United States. The elite facility features 14 professional tables, custom gym floors, high ceilings, great lighting, a players lounge and a great atmosphere. Princeton Pong’s mission is to foster a community of table tennis enthusiasts. This is a unique environment where players of all levels can embrace their passion for the sport and develop their skills – from serious players to families looking for something fun to do.
The club focuses on coaching and the schedule for group lessons and camps is on their website. The head coach is David Zhuang, an Olympian and six-time U.S. champion. Zhuang’s talented coaching staff consists of Ying Peng, Fabian Vallejos and Jasmine Guan. There are currently two competition evenings per week. The Tuesday competition is for players rated 1000 and above and the Saturday competition is open to players of all ages and levels. Registrations for the competition close at 7.15pm and the game starts promptly at 7.30pm. New competition players must arrive 1 hour before the start of the competition to receive an initial competition assessment. The club offers memberships and drop-in rates. USATT sanctioned tournaments are held every month for players of all levels and ages. The club also offers birthday parties, corporate events and meetings and can accommodate special meeting needs. Founded in 2014.
The club was opened by an avid table tennis enthusiast and entrepreneur, Flint Lane. He was accompanied by David Zhuang and together they created a great place to play ping pong.
