View the trade idea: Jazz Send Walker Kessler to the Competer desperately to a center

It has been a while since Walker Kessler from Utah Jazz Center was in all rumors. The last time someone called it, it sounded like Utah intended to keep him. However, we have seen shocking transactions, so everything goes. One proposed trade in which Kessler would send him to a team that needs him, but it would also be the jazz that sell him low after a promising third season.

Zach Buckley from Bleacher Report Prompted an exchange between Jazz and Indiana Pacers, where Indiana would win great, but the Jazz would certainly be astonished for their fans if they agreed. The trade is as followed.

Receive jazz: Jarace Walker and a first round of 2026 (top four protected)

Pacers received: Kessler

Buckley explained why the jazz would make such a movement.

“This feels like the right midfield. Indiana would solidify its middle place with Kessler, while Utah would get a recent lottery choice in Walker and a slightly protected first round pick from a team that will spend the season without its franchise face.

“With the jazz who is overhauling their young core and clearly does not worry about winning quickly, they can be more patient with Walker and give him the development representatives he had trouble finding in Indiana,” Buckley wrote.

The pacers desperately need a center after they had lost Myles Turner to the Milwaukee Bucks in what was one of the most surprising turns in the NBA -free desk this summer. Kessler is very logical to fill that void on paper.

There would be some temptation for Utah to get a potentially golden choice when the chance presents itself, but for someone like Kessler, who is perhaps offensive and not exactly young, but still one of the best rim protectors and rebounders of the competition, it just seems too drastic to break the ties with him so early.

Forget to exchange it to the pacers. Kessler’s actions for design assets, regardless of where Utah would send him, would require a huge Nico Harrison-like explanation.

The jazz could dangling another center on the pacers

Only because the jazz would probably not be dangling, Kessler does not mean that they could not agree with a deal with the pacers. As everyone should know in the meantime, Jusuf Nurkic, who they have gained in astonishment for Collin Sexton and apparently no future in Utah has acquired for Collin Sexton.

Although the somewhat moving parts would take, Nurkic would be a good stop gap center for Indiana, while they are looking for the replacement of Turner, with Tyrese Haliburton recovering from his Achilles -Tret. The pacers want to be good, and although Kessler would certainly help them with that, Nurkic is perhaps the best they can hope for.
