The Jamaican icon dominated the 100m and 200m events in three straight Olympic Games from 2008 to 2016 as well as considered to be one of the greatest sprinters in history.Read more
Now 39, Bolt collected eight Olympic gold medals, including two in the 4x100m relay in the London and Rio Games.
His praise goes beyond the Olympic glory. During the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, he set the current world records for both 100m and 200m, in which he was clocked in 9.58 and 19.19 seconds respectively.
He also has the fastest time ever included in the 4x100m relay – 36.84 seconds – and gang with teammates Yohan Blake, Michael Frater and Nesta Carter at the Olympic Games in London 2012.
Yet, despite his legendary speed, Bolt knows in a chat with Darren that Manchester United Vooruit Marcus Rashford may just be able to challenge him about a short burst.
‘I read an article where you said that [Marcus] You could beat Rashford more than 20 meters, is that right?, “Asked for talk.
Bolt offered a frank response and said that 20-Yard Bursts are the specialty of Rashford.
“Yes! Rashford quickly gets out of the blocks, that’s what he does,” he replied.
“He has that outburst of speed, but then I told him, you could probably get me in 20 [yards].
“But then it’s over!”
This summer Rashford made a temporary switch from the beloved Manchester United from Usain Bolt to Barcelona and joined the Spanish giants on a seasonal loan.
The England attacker has difficulty making an impact in his early trips for the La Liga side, and not to register or help in his first three games.
In the meantime, Bolt is planned to grant medals after the 100m final at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo this Sunday.
Despite his deep loyalty to United, Bolt has previously pronounced a preference for Manchester City to win the Premier League over Arsenal – even where the city is one of the brightest rivals in United.
“Everyone always asks me who I would rather win the Premier League from Arsenal and Man City – I am” Man City, easy. ” People are like, “but they are your rival,” Bolt added.
“I know a lot of Arsenal fans and when they are at the top of the table, they talk so much and I have something like:” You haven’t won yet! ” Imagine that they really won?
“Liverpool? No, because they would be tied to titles with us and we can’t have that and because Arsenal talks so much, I would rather deal with Man City.
“They are all young fans and I don’t know many young people, so I like that!”
