Over the holidays, USATT announced that the US Open Teams Table Tennis Championships will return to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina next September. As you mark your calendar and start planning your table tennis event schedule, be sure to include the huge 5-Star competition held over Labor Day weekend from September 5 to 7.
In case you need a reminder, as the latest cold snap has spread to 2/3 of the country, September temperatures in Myrtle Beach are in the mid-80s and that seaside destination is a great getaway for players, their families and their fans.
Butterfly North and South America remains the official equipment supplier for USA Table Tennis. Butterfly continues to support this event and has a real commitment to providing professional standards and equipment to enable the most elite playing environment possible.
In 2025, almost 100 teams participated in this event in 8 divisions. That event had a top prize of $10,000. This year the event promises to be even bigger.
