The tennis program of the University of Delaware is looking for a voluntary assistant coach to promote a positive environment for our student athletes, to support their athletic development, personal growth and preparation for life outside the university.
Responsibilities:
- Helping with training, practice planning and player evaluation
- Coach for some/most practices and home games; Lead practices on campus when head coach is gone.
- Support for Game-Day Operations, Film Review and Recruut Campus visits
- Contribute to program communication and involvement via social media platforms
- Perform extra tasks such as assigned, in accordance with NCAA, C-USA and university regulations
Requirements:
- Collegial or professional playing experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the university coaching
- Available to be on campus no later than mid -January 2026
