UFC Vegas 113 fight week is here. On the eve of this year Super Bowl in Santa Clara, CA, MMA’s No. 1 promotion in the world delivers action that hits harder than any quarterback sack. The renamed Meta Apex in Enterprise, NV will host the first UFC Fight Night of the 2026 schedule this weekend.

Live coverage of UFC Vegas 113 begins with prelims late Saturday afternoon at 5:00 PM ET/2:00 PM PT on Paramount Plus. The main card action follows at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT on the streaming platform.

If no adjustments are made between now and Saturday, the final version of the show will feature thirteen fights.

UFC Vegas 113 Featured Preliminary: Alex Morono vs. Daniil Donchenko
At the top of the undercard, the welterweights make the trek to the legendary Octagon on Saturday night when Alex Morono (24-12, 1 NC MMA, 13-9, 1 NC UFC) makes the walk for the 38th time against Daniil Donchenko (12-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC), an alumnus of both The ultimate fighter television series and ONE Championship. All fights mentioned herein last a maximum of three rounds of five minutes per round.

Morono enters UFC Vegas 113 having posted a 1-4 record in his last five fights. He has dropped three straight bouts, including a first-round knockout loss at the hands of Carlos Leal (22-7 MMA, 1-2 UFC) last March.

Alex Morono recently said he plans to retire from MMA as a member of the UFC’s active roster. Saturday’s preliminary round of UFC Vegas 113 is the last match of his current promotional contract. Should Morono lose here on Saturday night, it would be four in a row and the UFC could be forced to give him his running papers pending the outcome here.

On the other side, Daniil Donchenko enters his second UFC fight with a 5-0 record in his last five professional fights. On September 13 last year, he won his way into the UFC after a four-week delay by finishing Rodrigo Sezinando (8-2, 0-1 UFC) in the first round. The ultimate fighter Welterweight Finals.

At its core, the story of the preliminary round of UFC Vegas 113 is one of a seasoned veteran in the twilight of his professional career taking on a promising newcomer. Who will bloom in Nevada this weekend?

UFC Vegas 113 Co-Featured Prelim: Nikolay Vertennikov vs. Niko Price

Immediately preceding the featured prelim, the co-featured undercard bout also takes place at 170. Nikolay Vertennikov (13-7 MMA, 1-3 UFC) takes on Niko Price (16-9, 2 NC MMA, 8-9, 2 NC UFC.) Vertennikov enters the undercard on Saturday night with a 2-3 record in his last five appearances.

In October, he dropped a unanimous decision to Punahele Soriano (12-4 MMA, 6-4 UFC) at UFC 320. Price would not be Vertennikov’s opponent at UFC Vegas 113 this weekend.

Ahead of the card, he was set to face Jose Henrique Souza (8-1 MMA) in what was intended to be the latter’s UFC debut before Souza. withdrew from the show earlier in the fight week for unknown reasons.

This raises a poignant question for Vertennikov’s camp: With a late change of opponent for UFC Vegas 113 on Saturday, what adjustments has he had to make to his game plan?

Meanwhile, Niko Price makes the walk to the Octagon on extremely short notice this weekend after posting a 1-4 mark in his last five fights. Right now, he is on a two-fight losing skid.

Last June at UFC 317, he was defeated by Jacobe Smith (11-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) with a second-round submission via rear naked choke. Making the hike with just a few days of lead time is easier said than done. If Niko Price can put his hand in victory so soon after accepting this fight, it will be an impressive feat.

UFC Vegas 113: Bruna Brasil vs. Ketlen Souza

Also on the UFC Vegas 113 undercard on Saturday night, the strawweights will enter the cage when Bruna Brasil (11-5-1 MMA, 3-3 UFC) meets Ketlen Souza (15-6 MMA, 2-3 UFC). Brazil enters this weekend’s card with a 3-2 record in her last five fights.

Most recently, she earned a unanimous decision victory against Ming Shi (17-6 MMA, 1-1 UFC) in Road to UFC in August in Shanghai. She has hit .500 in the UFC so far, so only time will tell if Brazil gets the win on Saturday night.

In the other corner, Ketlen Souza has gone 2-3 in her past five trips to the Octagon. She has been a streaky fighter lately and has dropped two fights in a row after winning two straight.

Last time out, she was defeated by split decision against Piera Rodriguez (11-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) in August at the same Meta Apex that is hosting UFC Vegas 113 this weekend. Which version of Ketlen Souza will appear this time?

If it is the Ketlen Souza who won five times in a row between May 2021 and January 2023, she will win, but if it is the Souza of more recent times, she could have a tough time on Saturday.

Rest of the map

The undercard of UFC Vegas 113 will be completed with the following fights:
