Bonfim (18-1 MMA) will enter the bout on a three-fight winning streak. His most recent win came via split decision over Stephen Thompson last July. Prior to that triumph, ‘Marretinha’ had submitted Khaos Williams for a performance of the night in February.
Meanwhile, Randy Brown (20-6 MMA) was last seen in action at UFC Kansas City in April eventwhere he scored a second-round knockout victory over Nicolas Dalby (see that here). Prior to that win, ‘Rude Boy’ had suffered a split-decision loss to Bryan Battle at UFC 310 in December 2024.
UFC Vegas 111 is headlined by a men’s flyweight bout pitting Matt Schnell against Joseph Morales.
Schnell (17-9 MMA) was last seen in action at the UFC Kansas City in April eventwhere he scored a unanimous decision win over Jimmy Flick. That win snapped a three-fight losing streak for ‘Danger,’ who had previously suffered setbacks against Cody Durden, Steve Erceg and Matheus Nicolau.
Meanwhile, Joseph Morales (13-2 MMA) is currently on a four-fight winning streak, with his most recent win coming by submission to Alibi Idiris at August’s UFC 319 event in Chicago.
Also on tonight’s UFC Vegas 111 main card lineup is a welterweight bout between Muslim Salikhov and Uros Medic.
Salikhov (22-5 MMA) will enter the bout on a three-fight winning streak. His most previous win was a night knockout performance against Carlos Leal Miranda at the UFC Abu Dhabi event in July. ‘The King of Kung Fu’ won the last five matches 3-2 Octagon appearances in general.
Meanwhile, Uros Medic (11-3 MMA) was last seen in action last August, where he scored a 63-second knockout win over Gilbert Urbina. Like his opponent, Medic has gone a combined 3-2 in his past five fights.
