Now one of the longest-submitted hunters on the UFC schedule, Angela Hill returned to action on UFC Vegas 109, where she took on the #8-ranked Stromweight Iasmin Lucindo.

An Ultimate Fighter-Aluin and former Invicta FC champion, Hill was a 27-Vecht UFC veteran (soon 28) who came in a victory over Ketlen Souza. Lucindo van Brazil had seen a four-fighter win breaking in her last fight, by Amanda Lemos.

After beating a little, the few packed for 30 seconds, so Lucindo could demonstrate her strength. Hill went to the fence, but was dragged down; To her honor, “Overkill” was immediately up again, fighting hands and tried to get off the gate. Another scrambling, from a journey, Hill saw control with a main lock of short duration as the series was. Then they went back to the trade, before Hill changed from levels, grabbed a leg, thinking of Takedown but after a moment saving with the attempt.

Lucindo saw a few hooks firing the next exchange, with considerable force behind them. Hill shot a staircase in the middle next to her hands, but it was Lucindo with more bumps behind her. Hill would beat for the bell to end the frame, but it was Lucindo who finally dragged her down.

Round two started Scrappy, Lucindo and Hill Trading Slows, the Brazilian landed again the harder shots. Hill, however, managed to get a solid kick that sent Lucindo Reeling. When they came together in a conflict, Hill jumped on Lucindo and forced her to carry her weight. Lucindo, not deterred, was again the pressure on exerting a little later. Another busy round, with Lucindo holding the edge in the Heavy Hands department, Hill in general activity.

Hill was able to dump Lucindo early in the third, but they were immediately up again. And when Hill blew on a rotating fist, it was the Brazilian who landed her own Takedown. Lucindo went straight into the side control and was then in half watch. From there, Lucindo looked at the mountain, her leg had addicted her leg. Yet Hill was nowhere near escaping, with the time that tapped away. A stand -up was a possibility in which the referee Lucindo ordered to stay busy, although she did not hold. Lucindo hit the body a few times and took the mount, with Hill gave her back on, just before the horn.

Official result: Iasmin Lucindo Def. Angela Hill by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)
