Tresean Gore (189 1/2 LBS) surpassed the maximum of 186 pounds for middleweight competitors, along with flying weight Rafael Estevam (130 LBS), which came within the 126-pound flying weight limit. Both fights now take place as catch cases.
When it comes to Rafael Estevam, he forfeits 25 percent of his wages for the fight of tomorrow’s evening against his opponent, Felipe Bunes. The latter was weighted at 125 pounds earlier this morning. Tresean Gore also loses 25 percent of his money to Rodolfo Vieira, who was on the target at 185 pounds.
Head, Co-Main Events locked up for UFC Vegas 108
Your headliner affair of the evening at tomorrow’s show will take place without incidents after Friday morning weightings. Both Tatsuro Taira (126 LBS) and Hyunsung Park (126 LBS) weighed on the non-no-maximum for flying weights.
The Co-Main event is also good to go on Saturday evening. Light weights Mateusz Rebecki (155 1/2 LBS) and Chris Duncan (156 LBS) came slightly under or right in the contracted maximum.
