The UFC Apex is back!

Joke, the whole world has looked and enjoyed The ultimate hunter 33So we didn’t even have the chance to miss the world’s most famous fighting magazine, but if you have not seen the Apex Octagon since May, then boy Oh Boy, this is the card for you.

Tatsuro Taira has been locked up for months at the UFC Vegas 108 event on Saturday, but he will not be confronted with colleague -TOP 10 -Competent Amir Albazi. Medical problems forced Albazi and in stepping the unbeaten Hyun Sung Park, eager to claim Taira’s place in the ranking. Taira comes from his very first loss, a competitive back and forth battle with Brandon Royval, while Park is rolling since winning an inaugural road to UFC tournament.

Has to give something and it doesn’t matter who wins, the headliner feels like a glimpse into the future of the flight weight distribution and possibly the start of a meaningful rivalry.

What: UFC Vegas 108

Where: UFC Apex in Las Vegas

When: Saturday 2 August. The preliminary map with six fights starts at 6 pm on ESPN and ESPN+, followed by a six-field main map at 9 p.m. also on ESPN and ESPN+.

Tatsuro Taira vs. Hyun Sung Park

Tatsuro Taira is located in the non -enviable position of a replacement in Hyun Sung Park, which is less announced than his originally planned opponent Amir Albazi, but demonstrably more dangerous. A victory over Albazi would move Taira a step closer to a title shot. Not sure if the beating of Park does the same.

That is unfortunate, because Park has as much championship potential as one of the two man standing in front of him. The best weapon of the South Korean prospect is a secret left hand that he can use as a shot to set up comboes or as a counter to place a more substantial dent in the jaw of his opponent. He is also incredibly strong and loves to attack his back if he can lock up his arms.

Taira will gladly involve Park in the grasp game, because he is one of the most exciting hunters of the flight weight division when a fight hits the ground. He also shown an improved striking because he was willing to go with the ruthless Brandon Royval in various exchanges with the ruthless Brandon Royval. Although he lost it, that was precisely the kind of fight with a high peide that would have to prepare him to tackle the aggression of Park.

A factor that I have to take into account is that, despite the fact that Taira is more located in the UFC and have more Pro attacks, he and park both debuted in 2018, so the gap between competitive experience is not as wide as it seems. Adding in that park is already in his athletic prime while Taira is still coming into his own, and I tend to the older, more filled hunter.

At the age of 25, Taira is not close to an end product and at that age the consistency is difficult to find. So give me the adult man.

Parking through adulthood.

Choose: Park

Mateusz Rebecki vs. Chris Duncan

Before Chris Duncan became a guillotine choke connoisseur, Chris Duncan was better known for exchanging banging bumps than his Anaconda -Grip. So he will not shun a fight if Mateusz Rebecki pulls him in one. The size of Duncan should also give him an advantage if he decides to force a struggling heavy competition.

This is a nice matchup, so convincing on paper that I am willing to dubbing a real Co-Main event, although neither of them has been arranged and there are no implications in the short term competition. Sometimes it’s just fun to put a few batters in the spotlight.

Rebecki is an absolute animal, but I am still somewhat surprised that it is positioned as the 2-on-1 favorite. It helps that he has shown incredible toughness in his first pair of UFC fights. Being difficult to kill is one of the most undervalued MMA properties, I have always said.

If Rebecki does not rumble on the ground, he would have to get the handing out exchanges in this better. He comes from the minimum guns from Duncan’s courage to match his pace. Duncan hangs there for the first five minutes before he is visited in round 2 at a few rebecki hammers.

Choose: Rebecki

Brener vs. believed Esteban Riabovich

What about another lightweight banger that is difficult to call? Elves Brener vs. Esteban Ribovics, come on!

Esteban Riabovics is the comfortable favorite here, which is understandable in view of its sharp striking and – just like Rebecki – a unique one (it is a medical term). Brener’s goal should be to extract Riabovics early, but good luck with it. In 16 Pro attacks, including a few recent trips in which he has suffered a considerable amount of damage, he still has to be stopped.

We know that Brener can play the spoiler, but Ribovic can make his brand crazy and meet Brener on his conditions is a way to prevent him from building up Momentum. Ribovics will act with Brener until it is time to return to his sports more judgmental.

This fight will be nice as long as it lasts and I have Ribovics that Brener hits in round 1.

Choose: Riabovich

Karol Rosa vs. Nora Cornolle

Hot Take: Karol Rosa and Nora Cornolle may steal a Fight of the Night Award here.

If the aforementioned attacks both end in the distance (no guarantee, I know), then Photn can be before the possible two hunters can compile an exciting three-rounder. Rosa has quietly established herself as one of the most exciting hunters in the Bantam weight division for women (a low bar, I know) and she has the perfect dance partner in Cornolle.

There is not much to break down here. This will start as a technical kickboxing fight until one of Hen-Hen-likely Rosa-Beslist to raise the Ante and seek tension. Rosa misses finishing, but she likes pressure and she is impossible to ko ko. Cornolle may want to consider taking Rosa down to prevent a coin on the Scorecards.

I doubt Cornolle struggling if the movement has something else than to meet Rosa Head On and in that kind of fighting, I love Rosa’s opportunities to win another decision.

Choose: Rosa

Neil Magny vs. Elizeu Leski

Fact No. 1: Neil Magny, the UFC leader in Welterweight performances, has never lost three fights in a row.

Fact no. 2: It is the 38th birthday of Magny on Sunday.

The vibes are too strong. This is an automatic victory.

I assume that if we want to become technical with it, I would point out that Magny is specialized in the survival of opponents and if he can prevent him from being cleared early, he must do well to take Elf Zaleski in deep water in rounds 2 and 3. Again, if his chin is what it used to be … This could be bad.

Let’s keep in mind, Magny’s last two losses were in the first round to Bonfide Sluggers Carlos Prates and Michael Morales. I do not know whether our collection meals of those results should be that Magny is being shot, although Zaleski is able to perform a number of spectacular attacks, so it is certainly an element of this matchup to keep an eye on. It is also true that Zaleski has had one knockout outcome in the last six years and it came across Zach Scroggin. Draw your own conclusions.

I got Magny off the Schneid with a classic version in which he surpassed Zaleski on his way to a late finish or a decision gain.

Choose: Magny

Danny Silva vs. Kevin Vallejos

The UFC can have something special with Kevin Vallejos.

“El Chino” is a dynamic striker and he has been in a tear since he brought Jean Silva to the limit two years ago in the limit on competition series. Vallejos throws with incredible accuracy and they have given him an ideal opponent to style in Danny Silva.

The only thing Silva does is try to stay in the bag and box, which will lead to different entertaining moments before Vallejos touches him with the big Kibosh. He has never been ready to the life of Silva, but there is the first time for everything and I love the opportunities of Vallejos to be the one who manages it.

Not too overhype vallejos, but this has written the first round knockout everywhere.

Choose: Vallejos
