UFC Light Heavyweight Action comes to Perth, because the main event is set between #3 Carlos Ulberg and #8 Dominick Reyes.
The UFC announced the matchup on Tuesday.
Ulberg (12-1) Perth will come in in search of a statement and solidify a title shot with a victory over Reyes. The City Kickboxing product is on an 8-field win racing with its last two who come to Volkan Uzdemir and Jan Bachowicz respectively.
Reyes (15-4) fought before the title before he fell to former champion Jones in a hard loss in 2020 in 2020. After having been out of operation for almost two years due to health problems, he made up for lost time with a three-Fight win-streak.
Victories on Anthony Smith, Dustin Jacoby and Nikita Krylov have all set him up in a top 5 matchup in Perth.
With his health it seems like it is now time for Reyes to have another title work.
