The current two-time UFC champion Vederweight Alexander “The Great” Volkanovski is ready to make and depict his most important film debut “Joe”In the upcoming film adjustment of the Classic Arcade game Street hunter.

Others can worry that his time on the set could disrupt with crucial training prior to a possible upcoming fight with Lerone Murphy. Although it is not yet clear how big a role “Joe” will play in the film, it is worth mentioning that the character has deep roots in the history of combat sport.

The “Joe” character from Video games is based on the legendary American kickboxer Benny “The Jet” UrquidezWho in the 1970s was one of the first Westerners to achieve great success in Japan. Joe’s characteristic movement – the rotating kick – is immediately inspired by Benny’s own iconic technology.
