UFC324 is here! Six weeks after the world’s No. 1 MMA promotion ended its 2025 schedule, the 2026 schedule kicks off with an exciting way to start the year. Unfortunately, the first event of the year is not one without last-minute cancellations.

Live coverage will begin at an adjusted start time of 5:30 PM ET/2:30 PM PT with the early preliminaries, half an hour later than originally scheduled. Late prelims follow at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT before the evening concludes with the five-fight main card at 9:00 PM ET/6:00 PM PT. 11 of the 12 scheduled fights for UFC 324 will go ahead as planned.

Starting tonight, all UFC events will be streamed at no extra cost Paramount Plus. However, the early preliminaries will continue to be available on UFC Fight Pass.

Late postponement affects UFC 324 schedule
As previously mentioned, tonight’s show has now been reduced to 11 fights, down from the 13 that started fight week. Yesterday at the official weigh-in, the fight between Cameron Smotherman and Ricky Turcios was canceled after the former fainted after the weigh-in.

Earlier this afternoon, another fight was scrapped just hours before the show. A lightweight bout on the undercard that would have matched Michael Johnson against Alexander Hernandez was taken from UFC 324.

No specific word on the reason for the postponement was given at press time.
