At the top of the bill tonight, the UFC bantamweight championship will be on the line between current defending champion Merab Dvalishvili (21-4 MMA, 14-2 UFC) and challenger and No. 3 contender Petr Yan (19-5 MMA, 11-4 UFC). This rematch of a March 2023 fight within the UFC Apex is an advertised maximum of five rounds of five minutes per round to close out the ESPN PPV era.

Immediately preceding the main event, the UFC 323 co-main event takes place at flyweight. Incumbent champion Alexandre Pantoja (30-5 MMA, 14-3 UFC) fights top contender Joshua Van (15-2 MMA, 8-1 UFC). This fight also consists of five rounds of five minutes each.
