The UEFA Champions League (UEFA Champions League (UCL) -Campaign from 2025/26 will return on Tuesday – And that also applies to the official fantasy game of the competition.
Here, last year’s general winner, Joaqu’sinN Roth (aka so vars so bad), shares his thoughts and reveals his matchday 2 unlimited team.
After a mixed start in MatchDay 1, when I scored 88 points to leave me 201K in general, I now focus my attention on MatchDay 2 – and I have a big decision.
Limitless active!
My first plan was to play the joker sign in MatchDay 4 and Limitless in MatchDay 5/6, but injuries have already shaken things.
That is why I decided to activate my unlimited Matchday 2. With the luminaires offered, this feels like the best chance of attacking the weaker sides with the strongest squadrons, before you return to a more balanced, longer -term setup from Matchday 3.
Of course the unlimited chip always comes with pressure. The need to distinguish from template teams is higher and missing one or two very ownership “explosive” players can feel expensive. Yet I see it as the right route considering the current landscape.
Luminaires and strategy
On the way to MatchDay 2, rumors are already swirls over potential rotations, but my strategy remains the same:
- Bayern vs Pafos goal
- Target Real Madrid vs Kairat (with the bonus that we will see their XI pre-deadline)
- Lean on interactiva that hosts Slavia Praha
- Add a few arsenal choices to Olympiakos at home
Those four luminaires are the spine of my unlimited version.
