Diamondback’s First Honkman Tyler Locklear Will undergo surgery later this month on both his left elbow and shoulder, Nick PieCoro reports the Republic of Arizona. The Rookie suffered a ligament in his elbow and a labbumm injury in his shoulder.
The procedures make it likely that Locklear will open the 2026 season on the injured list. John Gambadoro from 98.7 FM Reports that the team is hopeful that it is ready for GAME promotion towards the end of spring training. That would not give him much time to get used to MLB -Pitching, and the snakes would probably let him open the season on the IL so that he could go on a rehabilitation hing of the Minor League.
