Hotel Tycoon ONG BENG SENG has been spared a prison sentence after he has found guilty of establishing a senior politician in Singapore in hindering justification in a rare gift scandal in the city state known for its squeaking beautiful image.
The former director of the Singapore-listed hotel property received a fine of S $ 30,000 ($ 23,400) for the violation by a judge who cited the serious medical state of about and “judicial grace” when granting a postponement of a prison sentence.
