President Donald Trump said on Friday that he would dismiss the Governor of the Federal Reserve Lisa Cook if she does not purchase voluntarily because Cook is confronted with accusations of mortgage fraud that she has denied.

Trump told reporters: “I fired her if she did not resign,” and added what Cook “did, bad”, referring to allegations from Federal Housing Finance Agency Bill Pulte that Cook Mortgage Fraud committed by claiming two property as its primary home.
Cook said in a statement on Wednesday that “she is not going to be bullied to get out of my position because of a few questions asked in a tweet”, referring to the tweet of Pulte in which he brought the first allegations.
Cook has denied misconduct and said that the accusations “were based on a mortgage application from four years ago, before I came to the Federal Reserve.”
Trump said on truth social earlier this week Cook “must resign, now !!!”
