Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Brentford defender Michael Kayode Caught offside.
The 21-year-old joined the Bees on loan from Fiorentina in January last year before the transfer became permanent ahead of this season.

The Italian has made a good start this season, keeping three clean sheets in 21 Premier League appearances so far. He has helped his side to a surprise place in the top four and sits fifth in the league with 33 points from 21 games.
Following the departures of Thomas Frank, Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa last summer, it was thought that the West London club could struggle this season. However, they have defied all odds and are currently ahead of Manchester United, Chelsea, Newcastle United and Spurs.
Now, Caught offside claim that Kayode has started to attract a lot of attention this winter transfer window following his recent eye-catching performances.
Tottenham are interested in him and have long-standing admiration for the youngster. Therefore, they could make a concrete approach to securing his service in January or next summer.
However, the Lilywhites will have to overcome stiff competition to get the deal done, with Newcastle United, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Inter Milan also plotting.
Kayode to Tottenham
Manchester City are showing the most serious interest in signing Kayode and are currently the frontrunners in this race, with Pep Guardiola finally looking to replace Kyle Walker.
Brentford are in no rush to sell him this year as his existing deal runs until 2030. However, they could change their position if they received an offer of around ÂŁ35m from his potential suitors.
Kayode is fast, extremely strong, good in the air, can provide crosses from wide areas, is efficient in taking long throw-ins and is good at defensive contributions.
The Brentford star is still very young and is not yet a finished article. He has the potential to reach the top and would be a smart signing for Tottenham if they were to buy him.
However, it will be interesting to see whether the North London club will ultimately make a concrete move to lure Kayode away from the Gtech Community Stadium in January or next summer.
