Tottenham keeps a close eye on Cardiff City Sensation Dylan Lawlor before a possible movement.
Lawlor broke in the first team of Cardiff last season, and within only six months after his breakthrough at club level, the teenager defensive sensation made his debut for the Welsh National Team.
