Dora Vita was beaten by just six and a half lengths at Kempton last night and appears to have made progress since her last run. Hopefully once in disabled company she will be more competitive as she is a half-sister to many winners and looks the type to create lots of fun for her owners this summer. Dora is a very popular horse in the Adlestrop series and behaved very professionally during yesterday’s events. We look forward to this daughter of Dream Ahead emerging in the not too distant future.

With both Bluenose Belle and Little Big Kev preferring good terrain, Market Rasen looks doubtful for them on Sunday. Bluenose Belle has all-weather options in Wolverhampton and Kempton next week, while Little Big Kev has entries in Kempton on Monday and Ludlow and Huntingdon later in the week.

Also entered at Kempton on Monday is Six Blue, who will hopefully find something better on the bumper with top amateur James King booked to drive. A daughter of Blue Bresil started galloping on the track a few weeks ago and is doing fine at home and we are looking forward to her next outing.

The racing festival in Dublin this weekend seems to have plenty of clues for Cheltenham in March. Although the terrain this weekend will probably be very different to Prestbury.
