If Frederic arrives completely healthy this fall, he could exceed the expectations, making it what is currently looking as one of Edmonton’s worst summer contracts in a potential bargain. For a team that has historically maximized the wing production around its generation centers, Frederic’s deal is perhaps the biggest surprise of the season.
