The son of Manchester United Rio Ferdinand has signed his first professional contract with Brighton and Hove Albion.

The English Center Back came to United of Leeds United in 2002.
Ferdinand continued to play 455 times For the club and scored eight goals.
He enjoyed an incredibly successful time at Old Trafford and won an abundance of trophies, including six competition titles and a Champions League in 2008.
The middle behind the club left in 2014 and played a season for Queens Park Rangers before retired the following year.
First deal for Lorenz Ferdinand
The son of the United Legend has also entered the professional football route and signed his first contract.
Talking Report that “the eldest son of Rio Ferdinand, Lorenz, has signed his first professional contract with Brighton.”
He has been part of the youth team since 2022 and represents the club at the level of less than 18 and 21.
The 19-year-old spent part of last season in Havant and Waterlooville on a loan of work experience.
Ferdinand played 20 games in the Under 18 Premier League and he also played in the FA Youth Cup for the Seagulls.
His father posted a photo of the moment on Instagram and wrote: “Very proud moment for the family, Lorenz signs his first professional contract. We are all so proud of you.”

Wayne Rooney’s son Kai Rooney recently scored for United in the son of Supercupni and Michael Carrick, Jacey, was also part of the team.
Darren Fletcher, who is currently under the 18 coach of the club, also has his two children Tyler and Jack Fletcher impressed the academy.
