Frank brings an exceptional portfolio of achievements to his leadership role, consistently ranking among the top 10 manufacturers in the industry, with annual revenues exceeding $100 million by 2025. As CEO of MDF Development, one of the Valley’s leading luxury construction companies, Frank offers clients unparalleled expertise in construction, remodeling and design.
His recent achievements include selling Arizona’s most expensive residential lot for $7 million by price per square foot, and one of the most expensive single-family homes by price per square foot in Phoenix history, paying the highest price ever for a single residential lot: $12,500,000.
Frank is also a seasoned restaurateur and is the brains behind DiMaggio’s, an Old Town Scottsdale staple listed on OpenTable as the city’s best Italian restaurant.
Frank has lived in Paradise Valley for almost 20 years and specializes in the area’s luxury market. He partners with leading home designer Lauren Wallace to build some of Paradise Valley’s finest properties, continually setting new benchmarks for the region’s high-end real estate landscape.
