Two men were arrested about a wild fight during the collision on Sunday evening between the Tigers and Rabbitohs in Campbelltown Sports Stadium in which two fans left in the hospital and two injured police officers.
The match, which saw a injuries-warder Rabbitohs holding to beat West Tigers 22-12, was marred by the fight that broke out in the stands between rival supporters around 7.50 pm.
The police arrived on the spot to restore order, where one officer was said to be beaten in the head, while another was reportedly beaten in the face.
Two other men were brought to the Liverpool Hospital by ambulance – one with suspected concussion and the other with facial injuries.
A 30-year-old man was arrested and accused of Affray, two counts of the attacks of the police and opposition to arrest. He has received conditional bail to appear in Campbelltown Local Court on 12 June 2025.
A 28-year-old man was also arrested for a common attack and will receive a notification from the court.

The wounded police have since been treated for cuts and bruises.
