The Netherlands: The European Championship statistics: Boon Impresses, Yibbi dominates, few goals

In recent weeks we have enjoyed a beautiful European championship in Mönchengladbach. The Dutch eventually had to settle for silverwhile Dutch women awarded themselves the best in Europe for the fifth time in a rowA new European championship record.

It is a pity that the early history of the European championship of the men is particularly poorly documented, otherwise we would have known exactly where Belgian striker Tom Boon was in the eternal top scorers list of the tournament.
