An XRP Ledger (XRPL) Developer building under the pseudonym “Vincent van Code” says an MVP test network for an “unchanging forever file storage” service could arrive “probably 2 months” from now on, after the idea has evolved from simple document notarization that ankers, worldwide flared, mirrored.
